- This version is not so complicated. The only definition is: We are here for your recovery.
- Where do the terms and conditions apply?
- The conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of products from us.

- How does it work with payments?
- When you have made a payment to us, we will process the order immediately and send you a message.
- What about the price?
- The prices on the website are leading.
- All our prices include VAT.
- Do you want to return a product? Then you will have to pay the return shipping costs yourself.
- Right of withdrawal
- Not satisfied with our product? No problem, you have 30 days to return the package.
- For a refund of the purchase price, a maximum of 2 capsules may be missing from the SKIP package.
- We would love it if you could share with us the reason for the return, but it is not a problem if you would rather not share it.
- What can you expect from us after the return?
- A confirmation of the return.
- If your return is accepted, you get within 7 days the amount deposited into your account.
- When will your return be accepted?
- If no more than 2 capsules have been taken from the SKIP packaging.
- If you have reported your return via hello@skipsupplements.com within 30 days.
- What about the shipping costs for returns?
- Those are for the customer.
- What happens if a product is missing from your order or if you receive the wrong product?
- This is of course very frustrating. If a product is missing or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@skipsupplements.com We will find out for you.
- What about delivery?
- If you order before 23:59 pm on a working day, your order will be shipped the same day!
- If you notice that your order is delayed, please contact us at hello@skipsupplements.com and we will see what we can do for you.
- When you order a product from us via the website or on Instagram, it is always in stock. If something is wrong, we will let you know as soon as possible.
- How do we ensure that we keep our promises and guarantees?
- Quite simply, neatly through the law. If you have any doubts or questions about this, please feel free to contact us at hello@skipsupplements.com
- How do we handle complaints?
- If you have a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@skipsupplements.com. We will respond within 7 days.
- Try to be as clear as possible, so we can immediately deal with your complaint.
- We take every complaint seriously.
- What about disputes?
- On agreements between you and us to which these general conditions apply, the Dutch law applies.
- Liability
- SKIP bears no responsibility for negative experiences, side effects or reckless use when taking SKIP
