Our production process? This is how SKIP! is produced locally and safely in the Netherlands.

It's Monday morning. You wake up after a fantastic weekend full of music, dancing, and little sleep. Your head is pounding, your energy is nowhere to be found: familiar? That's why we developed SKIP!. But how? We'd like to tell you exactly how the SKIP! capsule has been produced locally and reliably for years. "I think it's important that I know what I'm taking," says Laura.

At SKIP! everything revolves around trust, quality, and transparency. After all, you want to know what you are taking, especially when it comes to a supplement that helps you recover after a party or festival, right? That is why we gladly give you a behind-the-scenes look at our production partner: Dusart in Katwijk, who has been our producer for three years. This Dutch production company specializes in dietary supplements and guarantees high quality standards. This is how we make your capsule, from raw material to finished product.

Step 1: From order to production

"The process starts with purchasing the raw materials contained in SKIP!" says quality manager Kim Beelen-van Beek - Dusart. SKIP! contains the ingredients 5-HTP, L-Tryptophan, Vitamins B6, B12, and B3, Vitamins C and E, and Coenzyme Q10. These raw materials are then processed into the semi-finished product: the capsule. Depending on the agreements, the capsules are then either packaged immediately or sent separately for further handling. “After the order, the raw materials are purchased, processed into the semi-finished product (capsule), and depending on the agreement, it is shipped or packaged,” says quality manager Kim Beelen-van Beek - Dusart.

Step 2: Strict quality control

Quality starts at the source. That is why all ingredients undergo an incoming inspection. This checks whether the raw materials meet the set requirements, among other things through certificates from the suppliers. Even after production, the capsule itself (the semi-finished product) is tested again. Only products that meet all quality criteria proceed to the next step. "We perform incoming inspection on the raw materials and check the semi-finished product after production," says quality manager Kim Beelen-van Beek - Dusart.

Step 3: Consistency in every batch

To ensure that every capsule has the same effect, Dusart works with a strict preparation protocol. It precisely describes how much of each raw material is used. This way, you can be sure that your SKIP! capsule always has the same composition, regardless of the batch. We work according to a preparation protocol. It states exactly how much of each raw material must be used.

Sustainability and efficiency

Sustainable production at Dusart means targeted purchasing. Only what is needed is produced, so raw materials do not sit on the shelf unnecessarily long. This prevents waste and guarantees fresher ingredients. We purchase production-oriented so that no raw materials remain unused for extended periods.

Certification and safety

The production of SKIP! complies with FSSC 22000, a certification approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative. This standard guarantees food safety at an international level, an extra confirmation that you receive a reliable and safe product. All products are also coded and securely sealed until they leave the factory and are produced in the Netherlands, according to NVWA guidelines. Additionally, it is vegan, gluten-free, and free from fillers.
