Not satisfied? Then you will simply get your money back.

How exactly does this work?

It's very simple, if you have received our product and you are not satisfied with it, you can return the package.

This way you always get the chance from us to try our product and if it does not meet your expectations, you just send it back!

SKIP! does not work equally well for everyone

Everyone is built differently. Genetics plays a big role in how your body reacts to supplements, from “works fantastic” to “don't notice anything”. And that also applies to SKIP!.

If only it were that simple that one formula has the same effect on everyone. But unfortunately, the human body doesn't work that way. It is super complex. So: one person feels reborn the next day, another notices less difference. And that's completely okay.

Are you not satisfied with our product?

Then send an email stating your order number and the reason for return to hello@skipsupplements.com and we will give you further instructions.

In detail…

  • The return policy is valid for 30 days.
  • Return costs are for the customer. In most cases, these will not exceed €2.
  • If the 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot process a refund.
  • Did you order multiple bags? Then you will get the entire purchase amount back. Maximum 1 opened bag per order.
  • When your return is accepted, we will send you a message about the refund.
  • We will deposit the purchase amount into your account within five working days after our message.
  • The option to use our return policy applies once per customer.
