How do I use SKIP!?

Congratulations! You have ordered SKIP! and now you are curious about how and when to take it best.

Here we explain everything about using SKIP!, so you know exactly how to best use the supplement.

When should I take SKIP! ?

In a sachet SKIP! are 6 capsules. The intention is that you take the first 3 capsulesat least 24 hours after your festival or party takes. After this, take 3 capsules every day until all 6 are finished. In total, you take 3 capsules for 2 days.

It is very important that you not earlier than 24 hours the first SKIP! take capsules after your festival or party.

Example:

Suppose you have a festival during the day on Saturday, then take the first 2 capsules on Sunday evening.

Or: if you had a party overnight from Saturday to Sunday, then take your first 2 capsules on Monday morning or Monday evening.

If you have taken SKIP!, wait 24 hours before starting a new festival or party.

Advice: take the 2 capsules 2 hours before going to sleep with a sip of water. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Why do I have to wait 24 hours before taking SKIP!?

If you take ingredients like 5-HTP immediately after a festival or party, a serotonin surplus can occur. You want to avoid this, of course.

How long can I use SKIP!?

One sachet of SKIP! is intended for one festival. We advise using SKIP! for a maximum of two weeks in a row, then take a break of at least one week. Preferably longer.

The reason for this is that excessive use of 5-HTP can cause fatigue.
